Limited Capacity filling up

This two-hour session is a chance for local performing artists and groups to learn how a venue manager approaches their planning and booking cycles and will explore various topics that could be useful for artists just starting out or who are ready to take their career to the next level. Some of the many different points that will be discussed include press kit items, both, printed materials and electronic, videos, fees and negotiations in regards to how the individual budget processes work, co-promotion efforts, day-of-show expectations, live performances, and so much more. Also a great networking opportunity for those who are involved in the live performing arts field.  a panel session for performing artists from all over Northern Colorado. This is a super opportunity for performing artists to meet NoCo venue managers and learn how they think about attracting, scheduling and marketing your shows. What are the do’s and don’ts? How to present yourself? Learn what you need to know to get your act in the door, into the calendar, and onto the stage. And meet and network with the panelists afterward!
