Scott Freeman: "I conceived and headed up a 3 day community art project, painted cheifly by "non-artist" festival-goers at the 2017 Loveland Fire and Ice Festival. The result is the Mona Lisa Image and the accompanying dove image now on 4th street, just east of Lincoln Ave.

During the panel discussion I will have 10 minutes to share about why I committed to this project and what I hoped to accomplish with it. There will be a Q and A session at the end of this session. I'll look forward to meeting you!"
