In this fun, interactive workshop, "Wearing Many Hats," Mary Bahus-Meyer of Full Circle Creative gives volunteers different hats to wear and customer roles to assume, while she and the rest of the audience ask questions to figure out what each “client" might need or want to buy. 

Are your clients artists, business owners, tourists?  Asking targeted questions shows you care about their needs and helps you determine what to share with them.
