Erika is the marketing coordinator with the City of Loveland's Cultural Services Department and a self-proclaimed Facebook Jockey. Over the course of the last four years, she has doubled the percentage of online ticket sales at the Rialto Theater, seen record-breaking attendance at Loveland Museum exhibits, and developed a powerful digital marketing system that has delivered ROIs of over 2,000%.

Erika is a two-time graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelors Degree in English and Art History and a Masters in Business Administration. She's done extensive training with HubSpot in Cambridge, Massachusetts and Capacity Interactive in New York City and could talk for hours about the power of retargeting pixels.
