Ben and Charity are a husband and wife team that founded Techknow in 2010. Ben has always had a knack for any and all things "tech". Friends and family were always calling Ben or bringing their computers by for repair, debugging etc. This morphed into a small side business of helping other with technology.

In 2010, Charity joined forces with Ben offering Social Media services. As the business grew, Ben and Charity began diving head first into the digital marketing world. Their passion is helping the small business owner achieve more through harnessing the power of technology and the web. In today's world, if you do not have a website, you do not exist!

In 2015, Ben and Charity founded Aroma Outfitters. Aroma Outfitters grossed over $400,000.00 in sales in 2016 with and with a projected 1.2 million in sales for 2017, it's been one of their most successful endeavors.
